Shiny New Renderings of LUMINA Condos in South Beach

The fast-rising luxury condo complex Lumina has released a new website and with it a whole pile of brand-new renderings, which are primarily of the building’s interiors. The two Arquitectonica-designed glassy towers and two accompanying mid-rise buildings at 201 Folsom Street will eventually contain 655 condos, more than 650 valet parking spots, a 75-foot lap pool and spa and commercial space.
