Luxury condo building Lumina, from developer Tishman Speyer, has officially sold out of its residences in Main Street Plaza A and will begin sales of its mid-rise Beale Street Plaza C starting this Saturday. Plaza C’s first release will include one-bedroom units that start at $900K, one-bedroom-plus-den condos that start at $1.1 million, and two-bedrooms starting at $1.4 million.
